Common questions
What owners ask us.
For anything specific, speak directly with our concierge team.
concierge@veradon.co.ukWhy not simply accept a dealer or trade-in offer?
A direct offer can be appropriate when speed is the only priority. Veradon is for owners who want independent evidence, considered preparation, qualified exposure and one party accountable for the complete sale.
How is my vehicle valued?
We combine comparable market evidence with specification, provenance, mileage, condition and current demand. The result is explained clearly before a strategy is agreed.
Do I retain ownership of my vehicle?
Yes. You retain ownership and final control. The buyer pays you directly, with Veradon coordinating the sale around the terms you approve.
What happens before the vehicle is presented?
Identity, ownership, history and condition are verified. Any preparation is explained and authorised before photography or buyer activity begins.
How are buyers qualified?
We establish identity, intent and suitability before arranging access. Information is shared progressively and viewings are managed discreetly.
How does the concierge fee work?
The scope and fee are agreed before instruction. Our standard concierge illustration uses 7.5%, with an allowance of up to £1,500 for agreed minor repairs and preparation within that fee.
How long does a considered sale take?
The appropriate timing depends on the vehicle and objective. A typical appointment allows enough time to prepare, position and qualify properly rather than forcing an arbitrary deadline.
Where does Veradon operate?
We work with owners and appropriate specialists across the United Kingdom, coordinating location-specific requirements privately.
What happens after completion?
We coordinate documentation, payment, handover and transport, then retain the knowledge built around the vehicle for future ownership needs.
